U-boot CTD
 

after installing OpsMonsun_V705 then_705_to_V710 I goto either of the mission sections and it load but when it starts I get a voice saying passing thermal layer then it CTD. I uninstalled the monsum sets to start the U-Boot version alone with no mods and it still CTD, but there is no missions or career listings the pages are blank. I am running Vista Home Prem. on a Dell XPS 410

Did you install in the "Program Files" folder, if so, that will be part of your problem, because of the EULA security by Microsoft. If not, I would think that your install of the game is messed up some how.

I would try reinstalling SHIV in a folder, such as "UBI Games", and make sure it runs right then start adding mods one at a time to see which mod is causing the CTD.

Yes always try to avoid the program files with games and such as JREX was saying,can cause alot of problems.:salute:
