Loading spare torpedoes
 

When i have used up my torpedoes and need to load the spare one's that are on board i have problems. Lets say i have used up my two rear torpedoes and want to load the spare rear one i have.
I put a full crew in the rear torpedo compartment including an officer, have my weapons office at his post. I then click on torpedo management. and it moves the spare torpedo to its place but then jumps back. I know it takes time to do the job. But 2 days later its still not loaded. Is there a link or a guide someone could direct me to to solve my problem.

it's an external torpedo so you can't submerge, or maybe your loading crew's efficiency is too low (they got tired?)

When you say you are trying to move the torpedo to it's space do you mean to the stern tube itself? The torpedo needs to be moved belowdecks to one of the spare spaces before it can be loaded into the tube.
