Cant upgrade boat?!?
 

Ive hit a bit of a snag with my current career (gwx3). Im on my 6th patrol and all was going well untill i wanted to add an emblem to my tower, now when i load up the patrol my boat is at the dead centre of the map (FQ something) and the game crashes to desktop after 30 seconds or so.
This ive found out hapens with any upgrade wether its just an emblem or a bigger bit of kit. If i just load the new patrol without fiddling with my boat everything is fine. Now i can live without that shiny new emblem but what happens later when i want the more important upgrades for my boat?!?
Earlier in this career i upgraded the hydrophones and batteries with no problems so whats up??

Hmm...that's one I haven't seen before.:-?

Was there any change in base or flotilla?

The patrol before last i was transferred to Lorient, but that all seemed to go smoothly (with the exception of being assigned a NULL patrol grid).
