Modifying Sub and Crew?
 

I've been playing with SH3 for a while and now I want to screw around. Can someone tell me how I can re-write the files regarding fatigue, sub speed(surface and submerged)? Only thing I've been able to figure out is messing with the supercharger speed enhancement but that only affects speed on surface or snorkel. Also, the crew efficiency is causing me no end of grief. I'm sorry if this has been brought up before, I looked but couldn't find a similar topic or help thread. Thanks for the help in advance.
