Game style Idea... maybe?
I am sure it has been mentioned or thought of before, but the more I play the Iowa/Bismarck mods, the more I was wondering if it is possible to perhaps make a mod where you start off in a Destroyer and work your way up to a Battleship (or even a CV)? I play Navyfield, and I REALLY love the mods for SH4, and when I think about both games, I think about a 1st person type like SH4 but with the Navyfield style of "leveling". Start off in maybe a Fletcher or Somers DD and as you get promoted you can work up to CL, CA, and BB... and maybe even a CV. I am not sure it is possible with this game engine and such, I am ignorant when it comes to stuff such as that, but I just thought I would throw it out there?
Anyway, sorry to have asked for something like this, but you guys are just amazing at the work you do and I figured if someone maybe wanted a tough project, they could do something like that? I wish I had a clue how to do stuff like this, and I would be doing it, thats for sure. Anyway, keep up the GREAT work guys/gals!
