As I reported yesterday in another thread, there are tethered mines in the game. I am running stock SH3 with commander.

The picture below is a photo from the scapa flow mission which takes place in October 1939. This photo was taken around Stromness as you try to get into the area from the west.

I have not tried ramming one to see what would happen.
