Beautiful.............Just beautiful...............:nope::nope::nope:

The biggest thing though is that the Moron was texting while operating the train....and copped out to it. He gets fired but people are injured and 9 million dollars worth of damage.....Guy should go to prison where he will be welcomed.....................:D:D

I don't understand. Guy's an arsehole, but what does being trans-gendered have to do with it?

Who cares if the person is gender confused, trans gendered, trapped in the wrong physical body, or whatever. The fact is the person did it, and should be held responsible, maybe even criminally, for their negligence.

Nothing at all really, which begs the question, why was this used as a basis for hiring?

I think the world is degenerating into new depths of idiocy with every passing day

Gender shouldn't have any impact on justice. If this person is found to be guilty of whatever, they should then have to face the consequences for their actions.....just like almost everybody else.

When will people learn not to text or do anything that distracts them while they are in control of a moving vehicle? :nope:

I see this every day on my commute to work and I also see the resulting near misses (and sometimes not so near misses).

All because people just have to text/phone while driving. What is so fricking important????
