[REQ] Surface trim
 

it is my understanding that it took some time for the Fleet boat to come to full surface trim and sit high in the water...is this so? and can it be modded? I think In RSRD it is said it took like 10 or 15 min to come to full surface trim....can't find where because I forgot my book somewhere...
