Recession created by banks, ends with you?

How do You Feel?
World economy is drastically fallen,
Millions of jobs are being lost,
First the Big Boom,
Banks Gaveaway Money if Your Employed,
Earn 50,000 a year?
They gave you 350,000
NOW ITS OVER,
Go to your bank ask for a Loan?
They want more securitys,
Why?
Simple,
The World Bank,
Gives and Takes,
Who? You May Ask?
The same Bank that Took the Gold Off of the Us Dollar,
I'm in the Rescue Service with a Safe Job,
Like the Army,
We look Safe,
Are You????
Idiots In suits with No brains,Banking,Transferring Money Funds
Created this Mess,
Those in Banking who Created World Recession?
are as Guilty As A Bank Robber,
And should be treated as so,
Is Your Job Safe?
Who Do You Blame?
Who Or What Is [The World Bank]???
Secret Bank Loaning Money to Countrys???
Powerful enough to create a 9//11?
Have no doubt Money is Power,
Power is in the Hands of those,
who give Governments Loans,
They decide,
Where will it End?

IT just depends on how much of a deposit you have and how much you borrow. Too many people borrowed too much and banks gave people money they couldn't afford to repay. The the couple of loans that I've had, I've had a reasonable deposit, borrowed an amount I could afford to repay (it was tought the first year or two, but it got easier after that) and paid off extra when I could.

The recession,
couldn't have happened,
without,
our (peoples) participation.
So,
really,
it's not,
all,
the banks,
fault.
Lots of different,
things,
went,
into the recession.
Personally,
I think the way,
out of,
the recession,
is to invest,
in the comma:yeah:

Money, get away.
Get a good job with good pay and youre okay.
Money, its a gas.
Grab that cash with both hands and make a stash.
New car, caviar, four star daydream,
Think Ill buy me a football team.

Money, get back.
Im all right jack keep your hands off of my stack.
Money, its a hit.
Dont give me that do goody good bull****.
Im in the high-fidelity first class traveling set
And I think I need a lear jet.

Money, its a crime.
Share it fairly but dont take a slice of my pie.
Money, so they say
Is the root of all evil today.
But if you ask for a raise its no surprise that theyre
Giving none away.

I think there is a whole lot more going on at FM and Fanny Mae. One would think an indepth investigation would take place after what has happened at these two institutions. What would drive this man to hang himself? Something he knows perhaps that has or had happened at FM?

It figures he'd take the cowards way out. :nope::down:

Never fear, those of you in the UK....the Chancellor has just announced his budget proposals today and yes, your right, those still with a job are about to be hit with more taxation :nope:

Why are there no poems,
I was going to suggest,
this thread use haiku.

All I can now say is that at the end of 2008 I was debt free and doing ok for me and mine in a modest way. Thanks to the recession in the UK and the lack of decent employment in the months since the beginning of this year, I now owe my credit card £350.00 for essential goods and daily expenses.
In less than 2 months time I will have to take the car off the road, cancel my insurance and declare the vehicle SORN (statutory off road notification), thus further reducing my opportunities for work/travelling to interviews etc.

This does not take account of the cost of rent and other bills required to live as she has been paying for all of that.

Not only has this extra financial pressure put a strain on our relationship, but it has put our plans for the future on hold, indefinitely.

Add to all of that, the trip I was planning to take walking hadrian's wall from coast to coast, for which I have been training and preparing for for almost a year, is now not possible for me financially. My friends are still going as they are ok for money... one has an income that is not affected by all of this economic rubbish and the other is on long term mental health disability and will have help from his parents also.

There are no jobs at my jobcentre and I'm not entitled to any state help (as I have explained before), so spending my time at the jobcentre talking to someone who does not care if I live or die, is a very frustrating experience to say the least.

No matter what is in the new budget, I doubt very much if it will be anything but detrimental to myself and many others... but it will be business as usual for greedy, lying second rate labour politicians who continue to waste public money on ID cards, anti terrorism legislation, green taxation, pay per view porn, second home entitlements, ministerial expenses and much much more.

One elderly chap I was talking to the other day said 'Well, it's business as usual; Labour **** up the economy and leave it to the Conservatives to repair the whole sorry mess and take the flak for having to make unpopular decisions in order to get the economy running again.'
Looking back on things, I'm starting to come around to that way of thinking, myself.

I know the banks and other businesses had a hand in making the current situation, both here and abroad, but the government of the last 12 years has more than its fair share of culpability.

So I say, or rather, shout loudly:
"Gordon, why don't you and your bunch of corrupt and inept, gravy-train hogging, self serving tommy-tankers just **** off out of it and leave the citizens of the United Kingdom of Great Britain be?"

/rant

So, yes, if by saying recession is created by banks (and others.. see above) and ends with me, or rather more succinctly '**** always runs downhill' then yes I totally agree with the sentiment that we (that is, she and I) are suffering the consequences of somebody else's cock-up; something we had no responsibility for and no say in from the very outset.
