Hi my name is Samantha.

I'm working with Neal on a college project and there are 11 people in all working on the project. We are studying the feasibility of purchasing a submarine and running it as an adventure cruise with a route between Galveston, Texas and Pensacola, Florida.
For example of how this operation would work you could go check out this website "http://www.sailingshipadventures.com/" which lets people book trips on ships. It would basically be the same sort of business except with submarines instead of ships.
