Ruler & Protractor
 

Hello people.

Question: Is there a mod where the protractor is connected to the ruler?

I only see the one wich you can pull out from the right upper side of the map. (GWX 3.0)
With this one the ruler disappears when you draw close to it.

If I have understood you correctly, all you need to do is click on the "?" icon on the far right hand side where you find the ruler etc, then click on the ruler and you should have a protractor attached to the end of the ruler.

Does this help? Same as what Captain Nemo mentioned, but now for all tools made up of line segments.
