Changing posters in sub.
 

I know it can be done, just can't get enought details, except I need a dds converter and gimp. I would like to change one of the posters in the sub with a picture of my wife. If someone knows a place to get complete info how to do it, please let me know.

check the sub .dds files in the texture folder,
e.g. Salmon_Int_02.dds,
open up in gimp with the .dds plugin.

as i mentioned before in sh3 someone had like 100 period style pin up posters in a thread with links so you might like some of those too.
