sclass sunk
was on my way to port when my lookout spots a submarine at 12100m.
as i make my turns for an intercept course at flank speed, at 9800m the sclass spots us and opens fire. at 8500m i open fire with deck gun and finally score a hit at around 4600m.i have perfect angle on her as im pointing straight at her looking at a full broad side . at 4000, 3000, and again at 2000m i fire torps and can see shes taking evasive action all the while still firing my deck gun and scoring hits. until i finally get the message shes going down. Sunk Grid AN62 03/11/1940 1413hrs HMS Spark 767 ton S Class Submarine. crew 36 lost 14 first time ive ever spotted an enemy sub let alone sink her too. |
Its nice when you get one of the sneaky buggers hanging round the French ports,Be careful of the 'T' Class brit subs though,Managed to hit one because he got in the way of the eel that was intended for a tanker in a convoy I attacked, took the full hit on his port side just forward of the conning tower which left a hole you could drive a car through:o Thought I'd get the 'she's going down' cheer at any moment......Nope!:nope: She sailed on as if nothing had happened, didn't even lose any speed :o:damn: What a croc!:nope:

Usually a torpedoe is more than enough to sink one.
I dont know why you didnt sank it. Maybe a premature detonation? |
Nope, using the torpedo damage final mod which leaves a red glowing edge to the hole where the explosion has happened, this had that just in front of the con, where the control room would be if it was a U-boat,sailed on as if nothing had happened and kept up with the convoy, never dropped a knot either :nope::nope::nope:
|
Dunno then... By the way, whats the name of that torpedo damage mod?
|
Oceanblue torpedo damage final V2,makes your hits look far better, recommended :yeah:
