Random failures

Is there a mod that simulates the occasional failure at sea? It would be cool to be midway through a patrol to find that one of the diesels are out, or that the dive planes are jammed ect.....

I thought that SHIII had such a mod made...:hmmm:

SH3 Commander I believe would simulate this. SH4 does not have a mod for this that I'm aware of.

By no means a perfect system, but it's served me pretty well. I doubt that's the most up to date system I'm using, but probably pretty close.
