Decrease airplanes?

I've been told by some of my friends there is a way to decrease the airplanes with a mod. Which is it? I can't seem to find it. And What is the mod that has realistic sinking of ships??:arrgh!:

Program Files\Ubisoft\SH4\Data\Land
Navigate to this folder. Then open the airbase folders. They look llike this:
LAB_NormalAirBaseJP
There are three of them, small, medium and large. The _JP ones are the Japanese bases.
Look in the airbase file for the .cfg file and open it.
Open each and change the number of squadrons in each airgroup. Fewer squadrons means you see fewer planes. You can even set them all at 0 squadrons but that is no fun.
........Backup your files before editing them.
