The story references "Nasal Cavity" I wonder if this was actually in the Paranasal Sinuses?

I think it would be difficult for someone to have a nail in their Nasal Cavity and not know it. However if it was in the Paranasal Sinuses, it could happen.

With stories like this it is hard to tell what's the truth and what's snot.
