Well there are serious issues concerning the black american population, especially with the economic downturn. People who steal bread to stave off starvation do hard time and people like Madoff get a sweet deal in some comfy country jail until he gets old age release (very quickly). So all is not well in US and expect more to come along.

The guy could have probably sold the gun a gun shop for about the same amount he robbed. Instead, he endangers his life, clerks life and daughters life. :doh: Then again, he goes to jail and she goes to a foster home. At least she can eat and have a roof over her head. Man behind bars and a gun off the streets.

The turd in Oakland needed to be flushed a long time ago. He was a rapist, drug abuser and dealer and God knows what else. If those people make him a Martyr then it shows you why they will continue to be in the socio/econimice quandry they blame on other ethnicities.

This is what passes for leadership in the black community, unfortunately. Those would-be leaders who preach a message of accountability and responsibility (Bill Cosby, etc) are simply humored at best.

Sad.
