Return to SH4 + Better Scopes?

I've returned to SH4 after some time away. I have TMO 1.6.3 and was wondering if there was a version of Better Scopes that worked with it?

Can anyone help me here?

I still have the better scopes that i compiled with permissions but its for stock. with the closing of file front i need to get my files back onto subsims
