End of Patrol and ..
 

I am heading back to port at Bordeaux and may get there during Aug '44:

"The flotilla's history ended in August 1944 by disbanding. The remaining men (some 220) under Fregkpt. Scholtz attempted to march on land back to Germany, but found themselves on 11 Sept, 1944 in US-captivity."

I am with my original crew from '39. What can I expect? Will I get there? Will I be diverted? If I make it, will I be transferred to another Flotilla automatically?

Should I seek another Flottila's port while in transit? (Is that do-able?)
