What file has these graphics, they come up with tooltips:

They're so small with bigger resolution, I'd like to try to get them bigger somehow.

Probably menu_1024_768.ini stuff...

Any tips would be nice.

Found them.

\\Silent Hunter 4 Wolves of the Pacific\Data\Menu\MouseCurs

SquareExt.dds for the navigator
LineExt.dds for ruler
ProtractorExt.dds for the protractor
