ATF put in its place... APCP not an explosive, rules Judge Reggie B. Walton

These guys deserve it, and judges need to take this farther and further than they could ever imagine. I've had dealings with the ATF in the past as a concerned citizen over things I had overheard and the ATF has forever left a bad taste in my mouth. They will destroy you and your life to get to what it is they want. At that point, I realized that they did not have my best interest in mind and I no longer care what their objective is. I will leave it at that.

Good find. After the whole Waco thing G. Gordon Liddy called the ATF a bunch of 'FBI rejects and wannabes', and said if they came to his door he'd barricade himself in too.

See, there are good judges out there.:sunny:

Eh the ATF just botched the initial raid. It took the FBI to turn it into a total cluster..... well you know.

Well, practice makes perfect.

So I guess I don't have to use matchheads in my toilet paper tube rockets. :D

There was a time when activitys such as this 'Rocketry' club were applauded and appreciated for spawning future generations of 'scientist'.

Furthermore sometimes the garage scientist finds solutions overlooked by eggheads.

Now I supposed there looked upon with suspicion and dismay.

Im glad to see this item went the way it did.

I am too frankly, though the solid fuel certainly is technically an explosive material, but then so are match heads. Both can be used to make equally nasty things.

Toilet paper usually has an explosive release of energy too when thrown in a fire. I mean, you have to draw the line at C4 or something, otherwise fire may one day be banned.

There was an urban legend (proven to be plausible) about an inmate whom scratched the red paint off of playing cards, collected it, untill he had enough red paint scrapings to create a pipe bomb and blew himself up.

The red paint at the time used some agent to hold the red pigment which was highly flammible.

Thank god they use different ink now so were all safe from this hidous threat :rotfl:

There was an urban legend ....
The forensic test that "proved" the Birmingham Six had been handling explosives really proved that they had been playing cards .
