Where is the gunners?
 

What i have to do to get good gunners? i would be able to fight on surface:arrgh!:

I hear you-nothing like getting on top and hosing those ships.
I go through the crew at base every refit and pick the best ones I can find, often transfer a torpedo room specialst to the gun as well. With some promotions I get a pretty good crew together-then again I love aiming it myself!

Yes, after a few patrols the crew is getting better, im with you...its cool to get som surface fighting some times, but i still think its too hard to get a good marksman or to..

look in the data / upcdata / upccrewdata / crewmembers.upc file and find your gunners on the list and change the " GunsCoef= " number from 0.1 (= novice) to 1.0 (= veteran)
