Problem with Fraps and SH3
 

I want to start getting some screenshots and clips of my SH3 patrols, but I keep getting immediate CTD's with Fraps. What are some of the other programs you guys use to capture screenshots and film clips?

for single shots i use Howies Quickcapture,its freeware,google for it.

hmmm wierd i use fraps for sh3 no problems watsoever here:hmmm:

I don't have any problems with fraps except when I use tools (like DX9res) to increase the screen resolution ingame. You need to make sure that the resolution is set to "standard", like 1024x768 without any additional software which allows you to change the resolution.

I tend to use IrfanView for taking screen shots, no problems at all.

Fraps is the most popular by a long way, but as already pointed out by Mr Fleck, ensure your resolution is set to 'standard'.

Thanks for the responses. It is probably the screen res that is causing the problem.
