UBM 1.5 crash totally dead

I was sure I had posted this request before. but I NEED HELP.
OS - Vista SP2 v113 lots of space, 3GB memory
have tested on v.113, 275, 286.
every version of SH 4 plays perfect until i add the UBM 1.5 addon.
then i get this popup error about:
?LoadTgaTexture@@YAPAUs Texture@@PBD110PAD@Z could not be located in the dynamic link Libary File Manager.DLL. :oops:

can anybody tell me how to fix this problem... SH4 1.4 is great but I'd like to play the UBM's. Thanks

First question, SP2 for Vista? Still in beta, no? Have you modded the game? If so, did you load your SH4 game into the X86 files?
