I lost my first crew member
 

Hans Walter passed away shortly after getting into a bar fight. :nope:

Matrosengefreiter Hans Walter was a very close friend of mine and we went to school together where we were known as the two H's. I hereby request permission to be excused next patrol to go to his funeral! :salute:

Permission granted. :salute: Hans will be deeply missed. The crew of U-24 all send along there condolences. He was a very charismatic individual and helped keep the crew loose when things got tense.

At least he died happy drunk:D better to go that way than in dd attack:salute: :salute:

I'll drink one for Hans before going out on patrol tonight.

Poor lad, these bars are getting nastier and nastier.

Soon, we will have people passing out on bathroom floors, or giving drunken speeches, even tablecloth tricks! Madness...

At least he died in a bar. I had it now a couple of time that cremen were killed by partisans..... in Kiel. :shifty:
