[TEC] Maya transformation tool error

Hi everyone!
Can someone help me with this problem?
I usually use Maya 7,0 transformation tools for 3d works, but now tools orthogonal axes are became too long, they are totally out of windows (i think they're unfinished) so i can't rotate, move and scale correctly small parts.

Help please ^_^
