Just started a new career, my first in about three years.

Satus: Hull integrity is compromised. Very close call with a bomber. Flooding contained in fore and aft quarters. Diesel slightly above 50% Sank 2 merchants in this sector.

Mission summary. 5 ships sunk. One neutral by mistake. Confirmed sinking of British Town Class light cruiser in sector AM55 on Sept 7th. Total estimated tonnage=34K

Early June 1940, Med, stalking the French BB Strasbourg.
