question about sh3 commander
 

Hi,
I have installed sh3 commander.
Made my choises and have begun a career.

I have one question.

When i want to play sh3 do i have to start sh3 commander?

I don't think that you have to but I do remember reading that if you don't start from Commander you may get the wrong news items in your briefing screen. I'm referring to the News Radio mod that is included with Commander. I don't think that it would affect your game though.

Reread the manual; it is very detailed and will answer all your questions.
It is a good idea to reread it after using it for a while as it is an extremely powerful tool to change almost anything in the game easily. It is also one of the things that makes SHIII better than SHIV. (Jaesen are you listening?)

If you have auto rollback turned on I believe you do but, check the manual just to be sure.

Yes if you have auto-rollback enabled. After I installed GWX 3.0 I reinstalled SH3 commander and forgot I had autorollback enabled. I was starting my game via the GWX 3.0 icon and was wondering why my SH3 commander settings kept getting lost ....duhhh... :har: :oops:

:oops: forgot about that one. Very important as I have auto rollback enabled.
