DC drop rate in TMO163

is it supposed to be rather quick? i got a few at 200'+ when the DD passed right overhead as tho i was at 60'. seems it should take longer for them to have reached me, and thereby being slightly fruther away than i was

RL IJN DCs dropped at either 1.9m/s (Type 95) or 3m/s (Type 2)

:hmmm: , so how would that equate with TMO163 drop rates, and was TMO setup for those rates?
