Texturing Subs in SH4

How do I do it? Is there a specific tool I can use to extract textyures from the dsd files or whatever file it is?

easiest way would be the freeware www.gimp.org
with the .dds plugin http://nifelheim.dyndns.org/~cocidius/dds/
