What a beauty. I've always hoped someone would clean up the PLAN submarines. The Han and Xia models in SCX looked great. Now the Song is looking excellent. Great work.
Hopefully at some point, we'll have 093 and 094 subs to play against. |
:o My mouth is watering.
Damn you if you don't eventually release the model to us obsessed DW player. |
More goodies...
For you consideration: The Yuan class SSK! http://img3.imageshack.us/img3/6669/yuan01zq6.th.jpg http://img8.imageshack.us/img8/702/yuan02hn4.th.jpg http://img3.imageshack.us/img3/6756/yuan03yg0.th.jpg http://img3.imageshack.us/img3/9432/yuan04ow0.th.jpg |
Very slick! :yeah:
|
Oh sick, please TLAM put your work into RA project so we can have this boat in DW :yeah:
|
Awesome.
|
You'll have to help me on this one... How exactly do I install these new beauties? :hmmm:

open a text editor and add the line: cmputil 3d filename.j3d save as 'will install files.bat' and run it with all the graphic files in the graphics folder. Now open the DB editor and open the 3d tab (it looks like a green cube). Find the model you want with the search function or add a new one and copy the file name in. To animate the prop dbl click on the list to the right. Hope that Helps. Next Up the North Korean P4 class Midget Submarine! :salute: http://img25.imageshack.us/img25/866...er01ik5.th.jpg http://img10.imageshack.us/img10/281...er02eb1.th.jpg http://img187.imageshack.us/img187/5...er03jf2.th.jpg http://www.commanders-academy.com/tl...Midget_Sub.zip |

Well here to start wrapping up the new fleet of Midget Subs for DW, here is the Yugoslav 'Sava' class sub. Some sources call these midgets while others patrol subs, you decide... http://img14.imageshack.us/img14/522...er01ep3.th.jpg Quote:

Sensors: Atlas PRS3 Snoop Pair Stoplight ESM Passive Sonar Also since that just wasn't enough goodies for y'all... http://img14.imageshack.us/img14/299...er01xn6.th.jpg The Iranian Nahong class midget sub. Not much is known about this boat so the weapon's outfit is conjectural; I've armed her with two 533mm fish in drop colliers (it's a safe assumption that mines also could be carried in those drop colliers as well.) http://img3.imageshack.us/img3/2584/losos01ig7.th.jpg Next is the Russian Losos Project 865 'Piranya'. This big one has only two 400mm torpedoes or two PMT Mines. http://img3.imageshack.us/img3/4011/una01mk5.th.jpg Finally there is the Yugoslav Una class. Which is my first unarmed midget, its used for SOF missions incl. Deploying divers in a another even smaller 2 person midget called a 'Mala' to plant limpet mines. (and if you think that's bizarre just try typing 'Yugoslavian Midget' in to Google!) Also I updated the DPRK P4 class boat. I added a control surface on the stern. Also I have copied the better looking torp drop colliers from the Nahong on to the Yugo. I've updated the old links for these two updated models. all can be found here: http://www.commanders-academy.com/tlamstrike/ |
Amazing work mate :yeah:
