A very BIG wonder about....U-boat add-on, fall of the rising sun mod and possbly 1.5
 

It's been awhile now, but i did some research into a few things and it all points to 1 thing German. Im wondering because i seen how awsum and lively the u-boat add on is along with the new subs in docks ready for service:D.Now why is half of the game afterward in German and that is the "writting":damn:. This covers the speed names on the telegraph, while in career mode the deck gun name, and all that other stuff, possebly the way they talk and so forth.....my comment on this is that it kind of ruins the game, is there english and german languedges you can choose from or is it true what ive seen:06:.

The same story goes with the "Fall of the Rising Sun" Mod, which is one of the best mods for sh4 made, why would that be:stare::stare:?Don't know about 1.5 dough im only thinking outloud on that one at the momment....:06:

Is there avalible to buy a "English" Version of the "U-boat add on" near future, because im craving for it.

Sorry, I'm only on 1.4 :oops: so I can't help with 1.5 but....

FOTRS is indeed an awesome mod for 1.4, and the team have put out a patch to fix the niggling left over bits of German text that were lurking around. Have you tried updating with the patch?

Yep, FOTRS is great for 1.4 users. I would recommend the Gold version on DVD as a solution to upgrading to 1.5 or Direct2Drive for the UBM addon which goes for $9.85USD. Either way you are set. There are some really good options for you with 1.5.

You can also do the multiple install with MultiSH4!

Patch? there is a patch, where?

It's in the FOTRS thread-I'm not sure if its at the start or half way through but it's in there-a couple of people had the same problem (me too!) and the guys who made FOTRS fixed it!
