Boobs are just flesh (Not so appealing now, huh?) so real ones that size would weight a lot, but implants are silicone or something, and weigh less.

I believe that silicone and 'flesh' are roughly the same weight.

Still even if it was half the weight of "Flesh" there still at least 4 times 'normal' so undoubtably she will have some issues.

Whats that phenominom where something looks almost real but there is just something that puts you off.

Its like those crazy silicone 'love dolls' some folks spend thousands on them. Personally I find them creepy.

There is such a concept as too much of a good thing

It's called the Uncanny Valley.

Though in this case, perhaps Uncanny Mountains would be more appropriate.

It's like how R2D2 is lovable and wax models are pants-wettingly scary.
