Confused with IL2 patches...

So I went to the official IL2: 1946 web to get the latest patch and I see a full list of patches  and all of them for Pacific Fighters :-? or the merged install....

http://www.pacific-fighters.com/en/updates.php

Which one must I download for my IL2: 1946 install?

Go to 'News', then scroll down until you see the 1946 4.08 patch, that's the one you need

Thank you, downloading but...it states that I must have the 4.07 update before installing this one, and again I can't find that update in the archives :damn:

Which version is your installation then? What does it say in the corner of the splash screen when you start the game?

No idea, I have it currently uninstalled, but was planning to reinstall and hence I first went for the latest patch :salute:

Hope you try some of the new campains like " White Sun, Blue Sky " An AVG Flying Tigers campain or STAB a Pacific F4U Corsair campain.

Both are easy self exe. install. And doesn't screw with stock IL2 1946 or any mods. :yeah:

Yea WSBS is good....but it's a hog on the rig, it can be a real drain on the system ...never the less it's still good ;)

You are right Kratos. But when I post I don/t take it into consideration.

I assume that most of you know the capabilities of your rigs.

IL2 1946 is a hog in itself.

My DT is for gameing only. I am now posting on a wireless laptop that plays SH4 heavly modded at max settings.
