Always Sunny in the South Pacific

I am on my second patrol now in my first career. I skip the stock game and playing the TMO mod. One thing I have notice that most of the days and nights are relatively calm and clear. I think I only experienced one day of rainy foul weather. This seems unusal to me considering SHIII had a good mix of fair and horrible weather. I never been to the south pacific or Asia is this the normal weather pattern or is this a glitch with the game?

well,
consider yourself lucky, I've had patrols where i was two days outta pearl and the s*** would hit the fan, less than 1nm visibility, raining so hard you couldnt see the OOD, but somehow, your radars always pulled thru and told you where that merch is.

I think in general the weather in the Pacific is better than that of the Atlantic, but believe me, it can and dose get nasty! Give it time:yep:

Does the game model Monsoon seasons, or is the weather distribution basically the same year-round?

I've wondered this as well, because I've had patrols where it stormed for about a week or more, high seas and all.
