a campaign mod for SH3
 

Hey, I remember that awhile back someone was working on some sort of campaign mod for SH3 where you could have a tactical map and make flotilla decisions on the one hand (research, deployment, construction, etc.), and then on the other hand you could go in and play a u-boat mission too.

Has this been completed?

Does anyone remember the name of it?

Subwolves is what you're thinking of. Still in development I think, but from what I gather it's fairly far along.
