Looking for reference- 20mm C/30 flakgun
 

Hi guys.
Im looking for any reference regarding the C/30 flak gun. Im struggling to find any good shots of it. Can someone help please?
I manage to get 62 colour pictures of the 88mm gun- so will be doing nice job on it, but the 20mm is still mystery.:up:
Im looking for any shots, drawings, schematics, plans, and so on.

The naval C/30 had different mount. Gun iself looks identical though.:hmm:

Is that the Oerlikon cannon?

EDIT: Ah, no, wait, now I remember it was a German gun originally

The Oerlikon was the predecessor Flak C/29, even used on some U-boats in the early days and the 20mm was later often called Oerlikon by the crews even though it was not completely true.

Originally the C/30 was produced in Switzerland also, therefore it is also referrenced as Solothurn ST-5. But Solothurn was a subcompany of Rheinmetall. This was not uncommon for the german weapon industryin the 20s and 30s, they used foreign companies to bypass the limitations of the Versailles Peace Treaty after WW1.
