Looks like a Passenger/Cargo and they are made of cork from all reports...:D

looking through my recognition manual...

She is the 5240 ton Chatham-Type Troop Ship.

Considerably larger than a "passenger/ Cargo" which weighs in at around 1800 tons

Basically an old Chatham Cruise ship converter to carry troops at high load capacities.
