From Bdu to all U-Boats.

September 06, -39.

Today is a glorious day for the U-Boat waffe.
At 0426 U-53, under the command of Werner Wolff, sank the once mighty Hood.
She was sunk in AM 34 sector by four torpedoes.

Hmmmmm
I sunk her last night
First time ever seen her I think

From my commander patrol log

0626 Grid AM 53 Ship sunk! HMS Hood (HMS Hood), 48360 tons slowed to stop after first hit managed to hit again with 2 more torps

Nice one Lzs
Always nice to start out with a heavy on your first patrol

Thank you bigboy and congrats on your sinking:up:

Good job:up:

Funny you mentioned it. Just read this thread and went and fired up my game. To my surprise, I ran into her in AN11.

I just got a report of a warship heading NNW out of Loch Ewe, I'm currently sitting East of Stornoway in some local deep water. Here's to hoping :yep:

HMS Hood

 I think it's funny and strange:roll: He said he sunk the Mighty Hood ,
but where is the evidence/screenshot:cool:  :hmm:

Onkel Karl has sent men in dark clothes to bring you before him.

He is not at all amused by your lack of trust in him or his messages:stare:
Your mistrust in him and an KM officer is bad for the moral and you will
have to face the consequences.

  :hmm:

Open channel.

April 13, -40.

Yesterday, Apr 12, the British was handed another blow by the KM during
the Narvik operations. At 15.30 the Warspite was torpedoed by U-53.
2 bow, 1 stern and 1 midships hits sent the ship to the bottom. She sank
at 16.29 in Vestfjorden.

Lzs, Good shooting mate.
I ran into the Hood in my last career but alas she was out of range.

Lzs von swe 01-22-09 03:07 PM

Thank´s Chris.
I had to fire from over 6000m, racing in on the surface:rock:

They seem to always come in too far away or when your out of torpedoes, yes:hmm:

Mostly luck mate:rock:
Fired all four, set for medium speed, straight at her and dived, clearing datum at 1 knot. They went under an destroyer, setting of the alarm, but it was too late for Warspite.
