How to stop evasive action

Does anyone know of a way to stop ships acting evasively when they get near another ship. I am trying to add moving traffic to a port (St Nazaire of course ;) ) but way points are not followed as the moving ship tries to "avoid" another ship that is docked. It would be good if this were possible on a ship by ship basis rather than to all ships. Any ideas or links to other threads would be welcomed.

Thanks

Ah
No the AI routine is hardcoded to avoid collisions

Tis the reason Lorient can sometimes end in a mess with your escort running aground
And the reason I couldnt put the Bismark and other KM units travelling up or down the Kiel canal
Look a bit silly a 45000 ton battleship reversing to get away from your lil boat

All you can do is leave a large gap around the docked unit for the moving one
I started my escorts for St Naz outside the main port on a slow speed

Sorry

Thanks BBW

Thought I'd read somewhere that it was hard coded, but just had a hope........
