Ah yes, same anywhere in eastern europe and Russia I hear. You need to pay to pass no matter how good you are.

yeah, but don't get me wrong-I know people who were NOT pro-drivers, they did NOT pay but they PASSED. It is all about luck and the guy who examines you. And a few per cent of your "skills". I managed to pass after 2nd time(4 yrs ago)but I doubt I would pass today. When they introduced cameras inside cars and whole your exam is recorded with audio/video I guess it's a bit harder to give that bribe but if you have "contact" with a particular examinator etc it may be easier to get the license.

:rotfl: I know one super-duper hot chick. Before she had her 1st attempt I told my friend that she will smoothly pass it. In two weeks time she will have her 4th try.:D
