Some of the comments on that site are logical though.

Why sue the oil companies for global warming, when all they do is extract and convert it. Its the consumers, the people who would be doing the suing, who are responsible for the emissions.

Well, perhaps not - in todays world it seems that everything bad is everyone else's fault anyways..

They better think about filing suit against the cows they eat, too, since cow farts account for more greenhouse gasses than automobiles do.
