Ahoy kaluen, I would like to know.
Once a power level sailor is converted to a bo. My questions are:
1-Once a power lvl sailor is converted to a bo, will the BO will lvl slowly after?
2- Once a power lvl sailor is converted to a BO, will the rate of getting experts is reduced also?

1. Yes, since unclassed sailors recieve 120% EXP and BOs recieve 80% IIRC

2. Not that I know of

I wish my torp guys would lvl up faster. I have a 33, but i need 38 for my sub.:cry:

No, he'll level at the same rate as BOs that were classed at level 12

So at the noob stage, i convert my ellite gunner to BO. I got now a +11. With that c####y BO it gave me tough time, but i had fun to play with it!
When i told myself, I just want a better BO. Not the Best, but as long as it is better than my Gunner BO. I decided then to lvl a +14, couldnt find any 15 and cant afford to buy those prem. So after I end my power lvl, I am curious, if i will get any penalty later. Well except for the crew size, but that don't mind me much. And so........ here i got the asnwer! TY
