out of camera sectors

i was running PE2 and that's what i was getting when clicking on the navigator, tower hatch from inside control and when going from the bridge to tower to control and right clicking while at sonar. there a way to fix this?

edit: gonna see if PE4 is ok later, assuming it's similar

There was some mention of the camera having a problem for the German side. I think everything in the US side works with PE4, I'm not 100% sure though as I don't use it.

The out of sectors bit means that the camera is outside of the interior of the sub and has nothing to draw. It's usually because the positiono for the camera is wrong. Actually, no, it's always because of that :-).

:hmm: , going from control to the tower isn't exactly outside the boat. not running the U-boat addon so maybe PE4 will take care of things

Camera out of sectors

I get this w/PE 4 #1-#5 for stock. When using Deck Gun,an submerging,screen goes to Control room out of sectors . Switching to Nav.Map,& back,refreshes:hmm:

fortunately that didn't happen with my deck gun, as i wouldn't've sunk a freighter otherwise:ping: . thing with the deck gun, tho, is the sight is waaay off target. could only use it at under 1000yrds. out of camera is interior for me. this is with PE4 with other additional non-related mods as well, just like PE2

I don't know if anybody noticed...but if you go to where the navigator is...there hould be a hatch door... go thru it and the Conning tower interior is right there, a little up but dead center...

that's how i sometimes went to the bridge. now it gives me this camera thing

I have the same problem. When I am inside the Conning tower and click on the sound man, then right click to get back, I get the "Camera out of sectors." It is quite anoying.

I have also noticed that the conning tower for several American boats are not where they should be. You go to the free camera and go up the latter, but the Conning tower is back at the end of the control room instead of above it where it should be ...

i suspect there's something in PE4 that's causing this. it doesn't happen when PE's not enabled, and now when i click, 1.5, on the helmsman, the screen goes completely green:o

I'm running PE4 for the stock game (I'm still playing stock)
and in the American career I noticed that only when I click on the navigator, all other things work fine.
