hello mikhayl,if i understand right you have the 10 mark at the same place but you are in x2 zoom.right?
|
the aob wheels are correct (if you saw my mod you will find that the wheels working ok) so the tip is : instead of fixing wheels to match your vertical scale , fix vertical scale to match the wheels. the vertical scale was not correct .(i mean the first one from the game,i don't know hitmans, didn't ckeck it)
and something else (from the post of your calculations ) you say 282/9=31.3333 pixels for 1 degree but you are at x6 zoom so the correct is 282/2.5=112.8 pixels for one degree and again i have to ask you this.do you have the 10 mark at the same position at x2 zoom? |
you have pm,good night

About a year ago (gheez, that long allready) OLC gave me the formula to connect the 'optische lange' and distance and mastheight. Hopefully I still have it in my private mailbox but in any case I don't remember which particular OLC Gui version it belongs to (appears to be OLC GUI v1.1). The 'optische lange'-marks have a tan or arctan-curve in it which makes it go out of sync with the other/outer (log)scales.
Edit: Sorry, no OLC messages in my box anymore. You may need to ask him personally for the formula. Or maybe it's in one of my messages in that huge OLC Gui thread. EDIT #2: Found it: scopemark_above_90degree=8*arctan(basis/ (range*2)), (in 1.5x magnification) where basis en range are both meters. "basis" is the same as the length and (real)mastheight scale. |
