SH4 on 2 Computers - Which saves to copy in order to sync?

I am using SH4 at home on my desktop-PC, but during the week I would like to continue my campaign on my Laptop.

It looks like all related files ae located in the Documents/SH4 section of my computer. However, I do not want to copy all files each time.

What is the bare minimum of files I need to copy in order to continue/sync my campaign on my laptop during the week, then again on my desktop by the end of the week?

I believe you can just copy the SaveGames folder, and as long as you're using all the same mods on both machines, everything will work properly.
