Mods for US medals/ CPT pic on desk/ kills on the tower
 

Hey, Sailors-

Amazing posts, amazing mods, what a world you have here! I LOVE it, but--

It's too much for a bear of very little brain like me. I have no idea how you do that voodoo that you do so well (which may explain why I didn't even try and join the Navy). So, is there any EASY way for a cherry to
1) have kills painted on the side?
2) put his kid's pic on the desk in the office?
3) have the career award US medals?
4) get the voicepack to actually control the sub?

SH4 is fantastic, and unlike 1946 IL-2, my 8-year-old and I can play together. Any to all of these would make it a lot more rewarding for him (and me, too). (They also might make it easier for me to talk him into higher realism instead of using EASY... .)

for the desk all you need is a TGA and do some digging in the file folders for the desk .tga (or something like that)

there's a mod floating around called the kill flags mod, request a tower image.

there are a few medal mods floating around as well I have no Idea where they are...

there is also a voice pack as well...you just gotta look around too...

The desk picture is located in the Data\CaptainPicture folder. Take any picture you want, resize or crop to 512x626 pixels and save it as picture.tga Change the original to something like picture.tga.old and copy the file you made into that folder. My desk picture features the family comedian, our Beagle.
