Quick question, if you get 4 answers right do you get your name put in the hat 4 times?

Yes, you increase your odds of winning. For example, if Subnuts wins 20 out of the 100 MS, he will have a 1 in 5 chance of being a prize winner. There will be 10 prize winners in all, one prize per person, so once a guy's name is drawn as a winner, he cannot win again.
