Quick and simple question

At my recent carrier I am recently at August 1944 just transferred to Trondheim.
Does anybody know the exact month when XXI becomes available in GXW2.1 or is it random?
Tried to search the forum but unsuccessfully.

Nice. But according to these facts it should be available by now (August 1944).
Is it a glitch?

Thanks. I've already played XXI in SH4 but never in SH3. Never got that far in the carrier yet... :lol:
