Task Force 11-08-08 11:47 PM

To be honest with you, Ive never realy heard of Firefox???:-?

Raptor1 11-08-08 11:47 PM

I'll skip the flamewar and tell you to try Mozilla Firefox, will probably like it better than IE

EDIT: Ah, but he said Foxfire, and you said Firefox, therefore you did hear the correct name somewhere! :p

Task Force 11-08-08 11:52 PM

Oooah, Ive heard of it (once maby twice).

Task Force 11-08-08 11:54 PM

All right, gona go try fire fox. (lets hope my mom realises the change in the Icon)

Raptor1 11-08-08 11:57 PM

Ah, well, try it, and don't doublepost that much it's giving me a headache

Just out of curiosity, what does IE8 offer that is better than previous versions (Not expecting much from usual Microsoft stuff)

DeepIron 11-08-08 11:57 PM

Firefox 3... I only keep IE around to do some of the windows updates from the MS site. I've had FAR fewer problems with malicious ActiveX files since switching to Firefox...

Task Force 11-08-08 11:58 PM

Hmm, you all are right. Firefox is quite nice.:D

Ah, and we didn't even manage to have a flamewar

Task Force 11-09-08 12:04 AM

So you want a flame war....:p(gotta love high speed internet)

kiwi_2005 11-09-08 12:08 AM

But wait theres more. Opera is also nice. I use All 3 in fact, IE7, Opera 9.2 and FF3 :).

I rate them in this order:

1. Opera (way faster than FF3 well for me anyways)
2. FF3
3. IE
